Biathlon Canada World Championships Team Announced!

Biathlon Canada has named ten athletes to the World Championships roster. Competition begins on February 13th in Antholz, Italy with the Mixed Relay and ends on Sunday, February 23 with the mass start.
World Championships is the pinnacle event of the season and athlete Emma Lunder feels good about the team’s preparation. “I feel confident that our team can have a solid two weeks of racing here in Antholz. It was awesome being up at the venue and feeling the excitement that comes with a Championship event, and I’m looking forward to soaking it all in and just trying to enjoy every moment of it!”

The team is made up of five men and five women. Canada will have four start spots per gender in the individual competitions.
